Sherman 18 --- Lake Balboa, CA
3-acre site developed into 18 single-family homes through City of Los Angeles. Project began Fall 2013 and completed and sold-out in June 2015.
Vanowen 26 -- Lake Balboa, CA
2.5-acre site entitled through City of Los Angeles for 26 detached homes. WestCal began land development in spring 2015 and project sold to public homebuilder in finished-lot state in February 2016.
11628 La Mirada Blvd Apartments La Mirada, CA
3/4 acre former parking lot entitled through City of La Mirada in 2016-2017 for 28-unit apartment project. Project sold to developer/real estate investment company at ready-to-issue permit state in March 2019.
North Hills 73 --- North Hills, CA
WestCal assisted Owner during 2015-2016 with City of Los Angeles entitlement and permitting for 73 detached homes on 11-acres. Project sold to public homebuilder in August 2016.
